Term and Condition for Lolly Buffet Booking

  • A fully refundable security deposit of $100.00 is taken upon booking. Once all goods are returned in same condition security deposit will be refunded. Any damages to hired items will incur a surcharge.
  • 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required once your date of hire is confirmed. Final payment is due 1 month prior to your event date.
  • Payment methods: Direct Deposit, Cash, Cheque or Paypal
  • We will deliver your Lolly Buffet directly to your venue of choice a minimum of 1 hour before your function begins.

    Every effort will be made to provide you with your selection of sweets, although, substitutions may need to be made if an item is discontinued. The new item will be of the same quality as the original ordered item.

  • Cancellations: you must notify us 2 weeks prior to your reserved date for a refund of your balance due only (which is 50% of your invoice total). Unfortunately no refund will be given on cancellations less than 2 weeks out from event.

 

Payments for Nappy Cakes Orders

Sweet Little Bundles accepts payments via credit card and direct deposit into our bank account, please email us regarding our bank account detail. Credit card payments are made using Paypal (you don’t have to have Paypal account to make payments) which is a secure accurate and reliable Australian payment service. When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once this has been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.

For payment into our bank account. We do not commence work on any order until funds are received into our bank account. Depending on your financial institutions' direct transfer terms and conditions will depend on when funds are released into our account via direct deposit. It can sometimes take up to 5 working days to clear funds before they are released into our account. Please take this into consideration when paying via direct deposit.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EXISTING PAYPAL ACCOUNT HOLDERS

Please be aware that if there are insufficient funds in your Paypal account and your payment is processed via your bank / building society account, there may be a delay before this payment clears. Consequently your order may be delayed by an additional 7 to 10 days.

 

Delivery

All our items will be delivered via good reputable courier companies who strive to meet their deadlines, unfortunately at times delays do occur. We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by courier due to unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Specific delivery times can not be guaranteed.

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct. We accept no responsibility for delays in delivery due to items being sent to the wrong address. Please double check that all names and addresses are correct.

We do not accept responsibility or liability for damage or loss of goods after your order has been delivered.

Items will only be dispatched after payment clears. We aim to dispatch all our items as quickly as possible, however, to avoid disappointment please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

 

Hospital delivery

We will only deliver to Melbourne-based Maternity Hospitals. Please ensure you enter the mother's details, ward and room number in the delivery section as well as confirming mum and baby are still there. If a second delivery attempt is needed it will occur an additional charge. Leaving a contact number of the recipient may prevent this in case of an incorrect address. Melbourne-based parcel deliveries are generally 1-3 business days (Note: If an order is placed late in the week, the parcel may not be delivered until early the following week).

Gift Wrapping

All our Nappy Cakes and Gift Cakes will be wrapped in tulle or clear cellophane then decorated with ribbons and bows in coordinating colours, ingredients card and gift tag for that finishing touch.

 

Packaging

All our items will be securely packaged in cardboard boxes to allow for safe delivery without any damage to the internal gift. Where possible we will use recycled packaging. This does not compromise our quality but does help to keep costs down and is kinder to the environment.

 

Availability and Design

All images shown on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We will endeavour to provide each product as described however as the products we use may be changed or discontinued by the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising from this. Where any items are changed they will be replaced with an item of equal or better quality.

 

Cancellations

If for some reason you need to cancel your order once your payment has been received Sweet Little Bundles will refund your payment less a 10% administration charge. Should the gift have already been dispatched we are unable to offer a refund.

 

Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide to us will only be used by Sweet Little Bundles to complete your order or to contact you regarding any queries and future offers. We will not provide your details to any other third parties. We do reserve the right to publish any feedback you provide to us but details which could personally identify you will not be published. Please inform us you do not wish any feedback to be published and we will respect your wishes.

 

Sweet Little Bundles Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and only redeemable online at sweetlittlebundles.com.au

Sweet Little Bundles vouchers only can be redeemed when the payment is processed by direct deposit into our bank account, please email us regarding our bank account detail.

When redeeming a gift voucher, you must use the entire balance of the Gift Voucher at once. You can not carry the remainder of the voucher value forward. Also, you can only use one Sweet Little Bundles Gift Voucher per purchase.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. It means a Gift Voucher may not be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

Gift Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

Gift vouchers are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Gift vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of ordering. A valid unique verification code must be provided to complete your gift voucher order. A unique Gift Voucher verification code can only be used once.Check available voucher balance by emailing us if you are not sure.

All Gift Vouchers ordered online are delivered to the postal address supplied by the buyer. The Gift Voucher buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of this delivery information. We shall not be responsible for any use of the Gift Voucher by any individual resulting from errors in this delivery information.

Please ensure we are advised at the time of ordering that you are using a gift voucher. Once the order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a Gift Voucher, we are unable to retrospectively redeem a Gift Voucher to offset that cost.
